The location is extremely convenient, just across the bus terminal.
During my stay, I found the room to be uncomfortably cramped, especially with a medium-sized luggage. The bathroom had a persistent mildew smell, making it rather unpleasant to use. Additionally, the noise from the nearby train station was distracting and not what I expected for the price I paid.

A hidden gem near the station
The hotel's location is fantastic, only minutes away from JR Hakata Station and the bus terminal. I loved the convenience of the on-site Lawson convenience store for quick snacks and drinks. The lobby was inviting, perfect for relaxing while enjoying complimentary beverages.
While the room offered a unique Japanese design, it felt tight for storage space, especially with larger luggage. The bathroom had a lingering mildew smell, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

I almost would have raved about my stay, if only housekeeping hadn't left a cleaning cloth behind and the bathroom carpet didn’t smell like urine, good job Nishitetsu! So charming! That’s what I was hoping for, especially as I've been traveling extensively. I also expected complimentary tea, but how basic of me to think I deserved that.

Request a room facing away from the train tracks for a quieter experience, despite the generally good sound insulation.
